Summer Camp

(1st - 8th Grade)

SA Summer Camp 2026 registration is open!

Summer camp will be offered on our main campus for students in rising 1st grade through rising 8th grade.

6 weeks of programming will be offered: June 8-11, June 15-18, June 22-25, July 6-9, July 13-16, and July 20-23.

Camp hours are 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday.

Cost of programming is $125 per week. A $50 deposit due at the time of registration with the remaining balance due at the start of the camp week.

Week of June 8-11

Grades Rising 1st-2nd: Carnival Camp, led by Ms. Heather Duncan

Step right up to the most thrilling summer adventure yet! The Carnival camp invites kids to dive into a world of wonder and whimsy, where they’ll explore the enchanting art of circus crafts, master the act of clowning, and discover the secrets behind mesmerizing tricks. Join us for a summer of imagination and fun where every child becomes the main attraction!

Grades Rising 3rd-4th: Crafting Camp, led by Ms. Katie Pryor

Our Summer Craft Camp is a creative space where children are encouraged to explore their imagination and express themselves freely through hands-on art and craft projects. From painting and DIY creations to themed design days and collaborative art, campers will have the opportunity to discover their unique style while building confidence in their creativity.

Grades Rising 5th-8th: Basketball Skills, led by Mr. Avery Canty

Athletes will learn the game of basketball in every form. Athletes will learn basketball terms and rules, they will go through an elite level of skills training, learn how to be a part of a team, in game situations, along with form shooting. By the end of the week, athletes should have more basketball knowledge and will pick up a few new skills along the way. The end goal is to make every athlete better!

Week of June 15-18

Grades Rising 1st-2nd: Sports Camp, led by Ms. Hayley Morgan

Sports Burn off that summer energy with a week of teamwork and play! We focus on the fundamentals of coordination through soccer, basketball, and relay races, mixed with classic playground favorites like tag and parachute games. Whether they’re learning to dribble or cheering on a teammate, our campers develop confidence and good sportsmanship in a high-fives-only environment.

Week of June 22-25

Grades Rising 1st-2nd: Basketball Camp, led by Mr. Darrell Foxx

Get ready for a fun and exciting introduction to basketball at our Basketball Camp! Designed for athletes in grades 1st-2nd, this camp offers a playful and engaging environment where students can start building coordination, balance, and teamwork through the basics of basketball.

Grades Rising 3rd-4th: Fantasy Book Explorer, led by Mrs. Caroline Stephenson

Inspired by popular book series’ like Wings of Fire, Harry Potter, and Percy Jackson, this camp will take students on a magical adventure! We’ll create a whimsical art or design project each day, and play games inspired by Hogwarts, Mt. Olympus, and the Dragon Kingdoms. For budding creative writers, we’ll even write and illustrate our own group fan-fiction. Rounding out the week will be opportunities to recreate favorite scenes from these exciting stories, using fun props and costumes!

Week of July 6-9

Grades Rising 1st-2nd: STEM Camp, led by Ms. Hayley Morgan

STEM Get ready to wonder, wander, and build! Our STEM camp turns curious kids into junior scientists. From DIY rockets to building bridge masterpieces out of marshmallows, campers will dive into the "why" and "how" of the world around them. It’s a week of messy experiments, hands-on engineering, and big "Aha!" moments.

Grades Rising 3rd-4th: Nature Investigators, led by Mrs. Caroline Stephenson

Calling all nature lovers! In this hands-on camp, we will use our detective skills to explore the SA outdoor spaces, learning more about plants, insects, and animals. Through scavenger hunts, daily earth-friendly crafts, games, and more, we will have lots of fun as summer Nature Investigators!

Week of July 13-16

Grades Rising 1st-2nd: Under the Sea Camp, led by Ms. Hayley Morgan

Under the Sea Grab your goggles and dive into a deep-sea discovery! This camp explores the magic of the ocean, from the colorful coral reefs to the mysterious creatures of the deep. Campers will create "jellyfish" art, learn how whales breathe, and hunt for hidden "sunken treasure." It’s an aquatic adventure perfect for every little explorer who loves the water.

Grades Rising 3rd-4th: Cooking and Baking Camp, led by Ms. Katie Pryor

Our Summer Cooking & Baking Camp is the perfect place for young chefs to explore their creativity in the kitchen while learning essential cooking skills and kitchen safety. Campers gain hands-on experience measuring, mixing, decorating, and preparing delicious recipes in a fun, supportive environment, while also learning important safety basics like proper handwashing, safe tool handling, teamwork, and cleanliness.

Grades Rising 5th-8th: Up to Bat, led by Mr. Kaleb Perkins

Our camp focuses on developing hitting, catching, defensive skills, and the proper throwing mechanics of baseball. Players also will receive hands-on instruction, skill-specific drills, and live game situations to help them grow in a competitive and positive environment. Whether your child is preparing for the upcoming season or just looking to sharpen their game, "Up to Bat" is the perfect opportunity to develop strong fundamentals and build confidence.

Grades Rising 3rd-4th: Spirit Week Camp, led by Ms. Katie Pryor

Our Spirit Week Camp is a high-energy, fun-filled experience where each day brings a brand-new theme and matching activities to keep the excitement going all week long! From dress-up days and creative challenges to games and special events tailored to each theme, campers will fully immerse themselves in the spirit of the day. Every activity is designed to encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence while creating a safe, inclusive environment where kids can have fun, express themselves, and make unforgettable memories
